When Rick was eight, in 1949, he went to see “King Kong,” and was so impressed that he sat through a second show. From that moment, he has been infatuated with films.

After serving in the armed forces, Rick had a career in the business world. It wouldn’t be long before he would manage a second career as an actor, and he attained principal roles in over 130 films in his first nine years in the industry. His list of film credits includes "5 Dead on a Crimson Canvas," "Bobby G. Can’t Swim," "A Gun for Jennifer," "Talk to Me," "One Dog Day," and "In Till You Die."

Rick has interests in classical piano, opera, and yoga and meditation. He has also written a few screenplays.
